    AMMAN, Jordan, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Dyna.Ai, a global AI-as-a-Service provider headquartered in Singapore, and OFFTEC Holding Group (OHG), a business technology solutions company with over a century of operations, today signed a partnership agreement to extend agentic AI to OFFTEC’s client base of banks, financial institutions, payment providers, and enterprises.

    The agreement establishes a framework for Dyna.Ai and OFFTEC to identify joint opportunities and deliver AI solutions tailored to the requirements of OFFTEC’s clients. Through the alliance, Dyna.Ai’s agentic AI platform – including voice and text-based agents and AI Employee solutions – will be made available to OFFTEC’s client base across banking technologies, payment systems, and IT infrastructure. Unlike generic AI offerings, the platform is built with Arabic localization at its core, featuring native voice and text-to-speech capabilities that enable organizations to serve Arabic speakers seamlessly. For OFFTEC’s clients, this creates a path to adopting AI grounded in their existing technology and infrastructure, without needing to start from scratch.
