MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA / RankWire.AI / – Meta has launched its latest and most powerful artificial intelligence models to date, named Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full. These new systems are specifically designed for tasks such as coding, long-running AI agents, and complex personal or professional operations. According to Meta, the models can assist users with navigating insurance claims, understanding leases, analyzing financial data, and developing functional applications. Muse Wonder was made available on October 12 via the Meta Model API and Muse Code, while Muse Wonder Full was released for subscribers of Muse Code.

This release marks Meta’s expansion into AI systems capable of handling multi-step workflows, moving beyond simple prompt responses. Muse Wonder can plan extended tasks, assign work to sub-agents, utilize software tools, and recover from errors during execution. The models are also built for advanced computer usage across browsers, desktop applications, and mobile devices. Both models feature a context window of approximately one million tokens, enabling them to process large datasets in a single session.
To support longer and more tailored tasks, Meta introduced two features called Active Memory and Active Focus. Active Memory retains relevant information throughout conversations and retrieves details when they are needed for a new task. Active Focus helps the models persist when a task becomes challenging, test alternative approaches, and recover from mistakes. Meta also states that the models can ask users for clarification and verify actions before executing critical operations.
Models Designed for Coding and Persistent AI Agents
Muse Wonder is priced at $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens via the Meta Model API. Cached input costs $0.20 per million tokens, according to the company’s developer resources. Muse Wonder Full is only available through paid Muse Code subscriptions, not separate API pricing. Developers with heavier workloads can opt for Power Usage at $50 a month or Maximum Usage at $200 a month.
Meta reports that Muse Wonder Full outperforms several benchmarks related to agentic and coding capabilities, with results published alongside the launch. Notable tests include DeepSWE and SWE-Marathon, which evaluate software engineering and long-term coding performance. Independent evaluator Artificial Analysis awarded Muse Wonder an Intelligence Index score of 52, and Muse Wonder Full scored 56 at maximum reasoning effort. These scores place both models above Meta’s previous Muse Spark generation on the evaluator’s index.
Enhanced Safety Measures Support Broader Capabilities
Meta trained the Muse Wonder series to prevent sharing private information without consent and to decline harmful requests. The models also retain cybersecurity functions that assist developers in identifying vulnerabilities in their own code and enhancing security measures. Meta states that its most advanced models are evaluated under the Meta Superintelligence Scaling Framework. The company plans to publish a comprehensive report on additional safety assessments following the initial release.
Meta began a significant overhaul of its AI initiatives approximately 14 months before introducing Muse Wonder. The new models build upon the foundations laid by Muse Spark, with training carried out at its Prometheus data center. The company intends to integrate Muse Wonder into more features within its Muse platform, starting with subscribers. The October launch offers immediate access to developers, reserving the larger Muse Wonder Full model for Muse Code subscribers.
